General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

Article 1: Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sales of the Realix Trading Bot trading robot.

Article 2: Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), including VAT.

Article 3: Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods are: Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, EPS, Klarna, Bancontact, Ideal.

Article 4: Delivery

The products are automatically delivered to the customer upon ordering.

Article 5: Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal only if the license key has not been used.

Article 6: Legal Guarantees

The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

Article 7: Liability

The company’s liability cannot be engaged in the event of significant monetary loss or in cases of force majeure.

Article 8: Dispute Resolution
